How do I login if I don't know my password?
Members can reset their passwords by clicking on the forgot password link and following the instructions on screen. *Resetting your password also works to setup your password for the first time.
Remember to check your junk folder if you do not receive the forgot password email.

How do I change my information displayed in the member directory?
Login to your member profile, navigate to the Privacy link in your profile, click Edit profile. Setting the field to 'Members' will allow other members logged into the website to see the information in the member directory. Setting the field to 'No access' will hide this field from all members and only AMTPA administrators will be able to see the information. After making edits, click the Save button.
My email address has changed - how can I still access the member portal and member rates?
To access the members portal (videos, resources, and member question forum, etc.), you must login with the email that was used to create your membership.

Payments - Can I pay invoices online with a credit card?
Yes, all invoices can be paid online. There will be a "Pay Online" link on all the invoices emailed to you. You can click the link in the email invoice to pay or login to your profile on the website and go to the 'Invoices and payments' link under your profile to view all invoice history and pay outstanding invoices.
How can I add members to our municipality's membership?
If you have already paid for a membership with 2 or more members, please forward the other members you paid for this link that will allow them to submit their membership information.
If you have not purchased a membership yet, fill in an application to join today.
If you've previously purchased a membership and now need to pay for additional members for your municipality, please email email@example.com with the details.

Membership renewal invoices will be automatically emailed out to the main contact for the membership. Once you receive the emailed invoice, you can pay by credit card online or send a cheque for your membership. Memberships are based on a calendar year. They run from January 1 - December 31 of the current year.
