CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted to info@amtpa.ca by August 15, 2025, to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before August 15, 2025 and have a $75 admin processing fee.
From August 16, 2025, to September 19, 2025, you may transfer your registration to another municipality member.
No refunds or registration changes will be permitted after September 20, 2025.
