CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations must be submitted to info@amtpa.ca by August 7, 2026, to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before August 7, 2026 and have a $75 admin processing fee. No refunds will be provided beyond this regardless of extenuating circumstances.
- From August 8, 2026, to September 18, 2026, registration can be transferred to another colleague within the municipality at the same registration level (considering the member/non-member registration fees).
- No refunds or registration changes will be permitted after September 18, 2026.
- Registration fees are due and payable no later than 40 days prior to the first day of the pre-conference.
